Donte Stallworth Surrenders to Court for DUI Manslaughter
Donte Stallworth, who is the Cleveland Browns wide receiver, surrendered himself to the Miami-Dade court system today on charges of DUI manslaughter. The charges come from a car crash on March 14th involving Stallworth and 59-year old Mario Reyes, who was killed in the incident. Stallworth had been drinking at a Miami Beach hotel, and police records state that his BAC .126 after the accident.
Stallworth, who also faces a separate DUI charge, could be sentenced to 15 years in prison if convicted. He is currently scheduled for a April 23 arraignment date, and has been released on $200,000 bail.

TV Actor Gary Collins Charged for DUI in Santa Barbara
70-year old Gary Collins was arrested on January 31st in Santa Barbara California for a DUI after being pulled over for erratic driving.
Collins is reported to have blown a .29 blood alcohol content level, over four times the limit in California. Collins has been officially charged with a DUI and for driving with a BAC of .08 or higher. There is no word if Collins has a drunk driving charges lawyer or if they will make a statement.
Collins has been previously served jail time for a prior DUI charge.
Trading Spaces Host Doug Wilson Busted on DUI
Early Tuesday morning, December 30th, Doug Wilson of “Trading Spaces” fame was arrested by police in Decatur, Illinois.
Wilson failed to yield to an emergency vehicle and was later pulled over by said vehicle, which happened to be a police car. Wilson was charged with multiple crimes including aggravated DUI, driving on a suspended license and illegal transportation of alcohol.
Wilson was released later that day on a $1000 bond after being jailed.
First Husband of Britney Spears Serving Sentence for DUI Conviction
Jason Alexander, the friend and first husband of Britney Spears, whose wedding was annulled after just a few days, is currently serving a ten day jail sentence for a prior DUI conviction. He will be released December 9th.
Supporting Actor in The Big Lebowski Sentenced in DUI Arrest
Comedian Dom Irrera, who played Tony the Limo Driver in The Big Lebowski, has plead no contest to charges of driving under the influence. Irrera was pulled over late in September in North Hollywood on suspicion of drunk driving.
Irrera has been sentenced to three years probation, charged with $1700 in fines and must attend alcohol education classes.
No word if Irrera was drinking White Russians or oat sodas the night of his arrest. He probably should have just stuck to a good sarsaparilla.
Former SPEED TV Host Arrested on DUI Suspicion
Former Speed TV host Ashley Van Dyke has been arrested on suspicion of DUI.
Dyke, reportedly was not following directions of a traffic cop in West Hollywood last October 27th when she was pulled over. It was at this time that a field sobriety test was administered and she blew well over the legal limit.
Additional reports suggest that Dyke tried to get out of being tested by exclaiming “I’m a race car driver!”
Yankees Pitcher Joba Chamberlain Strikes Out During DUI Test
Saturday night Yankees pitcher Joba Chamberlain was arrested for DUI when he was pulled over for speeding near his hometown of Lincoln, NE.
Chamberlain was booked for DUI, speeding and having an open container of alcohol in the car. Chamberlain has since made a boo-hoo apology for his “error in judgment.”
2Pac’s Producer Commits Suicide in Jail After DUI Arrest
Johnny Jackson, known as Johnny J in the hip-hop and rap community, committed suicide while in prison over the weekend. He had been serving time for in Los Angeles Count Jail for a DUI bust. Authorities are saying that Johnny took his own life by jumping off one of the tiers in the jail house.
