Tyra Banks Stalker Convicted in NYC Court

Earlier this week Tyra Banks hit the stand during a court case involving a misdemeanor stalking and harassment count against Brady Green, who is noted as being an “aggressive” fan, and allegedly threatened to kill one of Banks’ employees for not giving him tickets to her show.

Green was convicted by a NYC judge yesterday on counts of stalking, harassment, criminal trespass and attempted aggravated harassment. While he could spend up to 90 days in jail come sentencing in June,  it appears that his current restraining order has been extended, and as long as he does not violate the order he will not serve time.
