Earlier this week Tyra Banks hit the stand during a court case involving a misdemeanor stalking and harassment count against Brady Green, who is noted as being an “aggressive” fan, and allegedly threatened to kill one of Banks’ employees for not giving him tickets to her show.
Green was convicted by a NYC judge yesterday on counts of stalking, harassment, criminal trespass and attempted aggravated harassment. While he could spend up to 90 days in jail come sentencing in June, it appears that his current restraining order has been extended, and as long as he does not violate the order he will not serve time.
Earlier this month Jennifer Garner had a temporary restraining order placed against stalker Steven Burky, so that he can legally have no contact whatsoever with her or her family. Burky has been sending packages and letters to Garner since 2002, but Garner states in her paperwork that “his obsessive and harassing behavior has escalated to the point of becoming dangerous and threatening.”
Garner now fear for her life, as well as husband Ben Affleck, their daughter and their soon-to-be born second child.
A hearing is set for today to make the restraining order permanent.
The alleged stalker of Janet Peterson, the ex-wife of celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson, Nicholas Marino has apparently been on the loose in the city of Beverly Hills after escaping custody of his psychiatrist who was driving him around.
Marino was in the middle of a love triagle of the Peterson, which eventually led to their divorce. Mario had been arrested on charges of terrorizing Janet.
Just yesterday, Marino finally turned himself in. He had been considered armed and extremely dangerous by the FBI.
