Ex-Punisher Thomas Jane Punished For DUI Conviction

Thomas Jane, who was charged with DUI earlier this year, finally got hit with his punishment yesterday.

Jane, who pled no contest, must pay a fine of $1700 for alcohol abuse and is sentenced to a year of probation.

Prosecutors dropped two other alcohol charges and two speeding tickets Jane got the same night he was pulled over for drunk driving.

I wonder how The Punisher would have dealt with Jane’s reckless endangerment of motorists.

Super Bowl Champ Lawyer Milloy Arrested for DUI in Georgia

Lawyer Milloy, former Buffalo Bills #36, goes berzerk at the Jets try to steal his Maddog 20/20!

Super Bowl and NFL superstar Lawyer Milloy was arrested in Georgia early this morning after being pulled over by Georgia police. Milloy was charged with speeding and driving under the influence according to Gwinnett County Sheriff.

34-year-old Milloy was booked in the county jail with bond set at just over $1600.

Poor Milloy, all he wanted to do was get his drink on after the Atlanta Falcons lost 24-9 yesterday.

Kurt Angle Avoids Being Put In Full Nelson with DUI Charges

Last October, a witness called the police saying that Kurt Angle was driving erratically after leaving a bar and may be intoxicated.  Well, Angle was slapped with DUI allegations, but today he was found not guilty.  Either Angle has a heck of a drunk driving defense attorney or it could be the fact that Angle was never seen driving the car by police officers.  That witness better be put in police protection… Angle doesn’t take to kindly to being dissed.

Shia LaBeouf Arrested On Suspicion of DUI After Accident

Shia LaBeouf was arrested early Sunday morning on suspicion of drunk driving, after he tried to make a left turn at an intersection of West Hollywood and instead got into a car crash when he ran into another vehicle. LaBeouf rolled the truck he was driving, injuring his hand and knee in the process.

LaBeouf, star of this summer’s INDIANA JONES AND THE KINGDOM OF THE CRYSTAL SKULL and last summer’s blockbsuster TRANSFORMERS, was booked for a misdemeanor DUI and then released for medical attention for his injuries. A female passenger of LaBeouf’s and the driver of the vehicle he hit were not seriously hurt. Neither their identities or if they have a Los Angeles DUI lawyer for representation are known at this time.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and his publicists did not return immediate calls made by The Associated Press.

LaBeouf was previously arrested in Chicago last year after a drunken confrontation with a Walgreens guard and was charged with criminal trespass. The charges were later dropped.
